I woke up late
I woke up late this morning and missed a class that I wanted to take at the gym. It’s okay though, because they have one at 4:30 this afternoon too. I am so ready to do this again, lose weight that is. I have ankle surgery tomorrow, so my eating will be zero until late tomorrow night when, as past experiences show, I will want 2 saltines and then more sleep. I will start this journey looking like this:
